The primary purpose of our messaging is to inform customers of the status of their orders and to answer any questions they may have. We also use texting to confirm or arrange meetings for services at their homes, such as window treatments.

  • We do not use high-volume messaging; all of our texting is 1-to-1, in direct response to customer inquiries.
  • We do not advertise or solicit business via texting. We respond only to customer requests for updates on orders or deliveries. All business texting is consumer-initiated and, if not approved by a customer’s “YES” response, is discontinued immediately.

3.2 Message Frequency and Required Disclosures

  • Message frequency varies depending on your specific orders, appointments, or ongoing customer service interactions.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile service provider for details on message and data charges.

3.3 Opt-In Consent and Instructions

  2. Customer Service Update Opt-In: If you reply YES to the prompt, you agree to receive real-time updates on your order status via text.
  3. Appointment Reminder Opt-In: If you reply YES to the prompt, you agree to receive reminders for your appointments.

3.4 Data Sharing and Privacy

  • Mobile opt-in data or consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Your use of the mobile messaging service is governed by our Privacy Policy (Section 6).

3.5 Opt-Out (STOP) and Help Instructions

  • To STOP: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. You will receive one final text message confirmation of the opt-out. No further messages will be sent.
